Cancellation & Refund Policy – Logo Dazzle
At Logo Dazzle, we strive to provide the best design experience for our clients. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains our process for cancellations and refunds
1. Cancellation Policy
Full refund is available if the order is canceled within 12 hours of payment.
After 12 hours, work on your logo may have already begun, and standard design charges will apply.
Once the initial design concepts are shared, cancellation will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
If canceled within 12 hours, a 100% refund will be processed.
For cancellations after 12 hours but before design concepts are shared, a partial refund (after deducting work charges) may be provided.
No refunds are offered after the delivery of initial concepts or final files.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund:
Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 48 hours to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable once design concepts are shared.
No refund will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
Any third-party payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
